About Buckit!
Turning Dreams Into Memories
Buckit! Just Live Courageously grants bucket list experiences for adults with non-curable cancer, helping create meaningful memories with the people they love.
What Buckit Does
First and foremost, Buckit grants bucket list experiences for adults living with non-curable cancer. These experiences are built around the person, their family, and the memories they want to create when time matters most.
Bucket List Experiences
From meaningful trips to once-in-a-lifetime moments close to home, Buckit helps adults with non-curable cancer turn dreams into memories.
Family-Centered Wishes
Many experiences include spouses, children, parents, siblings, or close friends because the memories created belong to the whole family.
Support Beyond the Wish
Through comfort care bags, cancer events, and trusted resource connections, Buckit stays connected to patients, caregivers, and families beyond the experience itself.
Why Buckit Exists
Buckit was created in honor of Jennifer Lynn Crum, whose courage, compassion, and care for others continue to shape the heart of the organization.
During Jennifer’s cancer journey, her family saw how difficult it could be to find wish support for adults. Many organizations focus on children, but adults with non-curable cancer deserve the chance to create meaningful memories too.
Comfort Care Outreach
Continuing Something Jennifer Started
Wish experiences are the heart of Buckit, but comfort care bags are one way we stay connected to the cancer community throughout the year.
Jennifer began creating comfort care bags as a simple way to bring comfort and encouragement to people facing cancer. Buckit continues that tradition through distributions at cancer centers, survivor events, and community partnerships.
Beyond the Experience
Buckit’s work goes beyond wish experiences. Throughout the year, we attend cancer walks, survivor events, comfort care bag distributions, and community gatherings that help connect patients and families with support.
These moments matter too. They remind people that they are seen, supported, and not alone.

When Time Matters Most
Buckit helps families create memories that can be held onto long after the experience itself.
Support Beyond the Experience
Buckit focuses on creating meaningful experiences, but we know families often need support in many other areas. Our Cancer Resources Directory includes organizations that may help with financial assistance, transportation, lodging, caregiver support, grief resources, and more.
