Agreement

- All applications are subject to approval, and we may share your application with relevant parties, such as medical specialists, to verify eligibility.
- You agree not to engage with third parties or suppliers regarding your application without written permission from us.

Eligibility
We will contact your medical specialist to confirm your eligibility for the granting of a wish. Additionally, applicants may be subject to criminal background checks as part of the eligibility process. This includes reviewing any probation, felony status, or history of violent crimes, which may affect eligibility for the granting of a wish.
The Wish
Once eligibility is confirmed, we will assign volunteers to help determine and fulfill your wish. The process may require multiple calls, emails, or visits to finalize your wish.
Granting the Wish
We strive to create a magical experience for you, including your immediate family, if possible. The timing of the wish fulfillment depends on various factors, including your health and the nature of the wish. Buckit! Just Live Courageously reserves the right to reject any wish for any reason. By accepting the granted wish, you agree to share images of the wish experience with Buckit! Just Live Courageously for marketing purposes. If requested, Buckit! Just Live Courageously will do their best to protect the identity of minors in marketing materials
